What can I do about extremely stubborn ingrowns? (NSFWish picture below)

Main Post:

I have very sensitive skin and follow all the regular rules when shaving my bikini area- go with the grain, sharp razor, gel, don't go over twice, exfoliate with a rough cloth in the shower every day and I use Shaveworks Cool Fix gel on it after... STILL get horrible ingrowns. 2 images of a few current ones here http://imgur.com/a/O3M8v They get super deep and look like big pimples and regardless of what I do the hair never seems to come out. I will try and gently massage it out and it just ends up scabbing (like the one in the picture) taking even LONGER to heal. That scabby one I've had for at last a month. It's not always scabby- I let it heal, then try to get the hair out, then it scabs again. What can I do? Any products that actually work? Feel like I've tried everything! Yikes! That doesn't sound like fun at all!

My personal theory is that moisturizing the skin can help with ingrowns. I got this idea from reading the ingredients in a "bump stopper" product - it was all moisturizer. Use a good quality aftershave balm or light skin lotion. Apply daily to the shaved area (not just the day that you shaved). That has worked for me.

The ingredients in Shaveworks Cool Fix list three kinds of acid. I'm not a chemist but that sounds like it would dry out your skin. It could be helpful immediately post-shave, but I'd really suggest you get som moisturizer there for the day.

People also report that they get more ingrowns if they use a cartridge (especially an old dull cartridge as people often do). Like most subscribers of wicked_edge I use a double-edged safety razor. If you're not familiar with this equipment, take a look over at the FAQ over here -->

With this gear and daily moisturizing, I've had great results. I've been able to shave every day to maintain complete smoothness. I've kept up the moisturizing while I let the hair grow out. I haven't had any ingrowns at all. But that's just me.

The one problem I did have was with a new skin cream. It worked great on my hands, but my privates were sensitive to it. The whole area was starting to get red. I thought I had maybe contracted a social disease, but then I remembered the lotion. After I switched back to a lotion I had used before, everything went back to normal.

Missed Karlach romance scene - any fix?

Main Post:

Early on in the romance with Karlach, I selected the dialogue option "I wish there was a way to cool you off." I ended up leaving the camp without cooling her off, and when I returned to the camp, the dialogue option was completely gone. I know that you just need to use water/frost on her to cool her off, but doing so without the dialogue prompt does nothing. It was probably close to ten hours before I noticed the change, and I really don't want to go back that far. Is there any known workaround or fix?

Same. I love this game so much but the romance options are so fickle and the slightest breeze can bug any romance. Now I'm barred out of both Shadowheart AND Karlach
